How does this work?
When you successfully complete purchase of an artwork, a downloadable ZIP file containing JPEG file(s) is made available to you instantly. You are also sent the download links to artwork(s) via an email, should you need to download the artwork later.
You may then get the artwork printed by a local print store, or by using an online printing service provider.
Which size(s) can I get my artwork printed in?
Each artwork comes in specific aspect ratio(s) & maximum size mentioned under 'Product Specifications' on each artwork's product page. Here are some indicative sizes supported for each aspect ratio.

How can I pay for an artwork I like?
We currently support the following payment options:

I would like to exchange an artwork I bought
We do not accept requests for exchanging artwork that has been bought.
I bought an artwork thinking it was a physical product and need a refund. How should I go about it?
We offer a 7-day window for refunds on the condition that the purchased artwork/item has not been downloaded e.g. You mistakenly bought an artwork assuming it was a physical item & haven't downloaded it
